Pressed flanges
Pressed flanges can be rotated freely around the pipe, which makes assembly easier. In addition, since these flanges are hollow, they are lighter and more economical.
This type of flange is usually attached to a collar, which is itself welded to the end of the pipe. A gasket provides a seal between the opposing flanges.
We offer a complete range of pressed rotary flanges with nominal diameters ranging from DN 15 to DN 300, with a nominal pressure of PN 10 bar (DIN 2632) to PN 16 bar (DIN 2633). Several materials are available:
- Zinc plated steel (ADX) (ADX)
- Stainless steel 304L / 1.4307
Do not hesitate to contact us for more information on the use of pressed rotating flanges.
