DIN 11864-3/11853-3 Form A fittings

The German standards DIN 11864 and 11853-3 concerns stainless steel fittings used in aseptic environments in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Within this family, type 3 applies specifically to aseptic clamp fittings. Form A fittings have a groove for an O-ring (O-section). The seal is located between the male and female ferrules.
